Brief
Brief
Strela moves parcels and high-value cargo between the United States, Ukraine and China, with offices in Newport (Delaware), Kyiv, Beijing and Guangzhou. Its customers want three answers before they write to anyone: what a delivery costs, which service fits, and where their parcel is. The site puts each of them one click from any page, in English and in Ukrainian, and behind it runs a custom CMS and internal tools built for the team.

Role and scope
- A public site in English and Ukrainian: five service pages, a pricing page, offices and contacts
- A delivery calculator on the pricing page: weight and dimensions in, the price in US dollars out
- Customer accounts: registration, sign-in (also with Google, Amazon or Facebook) and a cabinet for parcels and orders
- A custom CMS and internal tools behind the site, for the Strela team
The site
A customer sending a parcel or a pallet between the USA, Ukraine and China asks the same things before anything else: what will it cost, which service is the right one, and where is my parcel. The site is built so that each of them is one click from any page.
A left-hand menu that is the same on every page leads to the five services, the prices, the videos, the contacts and the account. The header carries a calculator button, the day’s exchange rate, a search by track number, a switch between a dark and a light theme and a switch between English and Ukrainian.
Five services, one structure
- 01International Deliverycargo delivery with customs support and route coordination, and parcel forwarding with tracking, consolidation and final-mile delivery
- 02Full-Service Cargo Handlingpallets, bulk shipments and warehouse freight with receiving, measuring, storage and dispatch
- 03Purchase & Deliveryproduct sourcing and assisted online shopping from major marketplaces, with ordering, payment and delivery support
- 04Amazon Fulfillment & FBMprep-centre work for Amazon sellers (receiving, labelling, packing) and fulfillment by merchant
- 05Warehouse Servicesreceiving, storage, loading and unloading, pallet building and shipment-ready handling
In the header of every page
- A calculator button and the day’s exchange rate between the dollar and the hryvnia.
- A search by track number.
- A switch between a dark and a light theme, and a switch between English and Ukrainian.
- The sign-in, and a left-hand menu that is the same on every page.
Calculator
The pricing page opens on a calculator: weight in kilograms, then length, width and height in centimetres, and the price in US dollars appears in the red field while the numbers are typed. Nothing has to be sent to see it.
Under the calculator the rates are laid out route by route, so a customer who wants the detail finds it on the same page.
- Four fields: weight in kilograms, then length, width and height in centimetres.
- The price in US dollars appears in the red field while the numbers are typed; nothing has to be submitted.
- A note under the fields says the dimensions give a more accurate calculation of the bulk density.
- Below it the rates are set out by route: from the USA to Ukraine, from China to Ukraine by air, by train and by sea, and from the USA to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.
Accounts
A customer signs in with an email address or a client code and a password, or comes in with a Google, Amazon or Facebook account. Registration asks for an email address, and both forms carry a human check.
Back office
The studio built a custom CMS and internal tools for the Strela team. The client’s admin is not shown here yet.
The three screens below are the studio’s concept of such a back office, drawn as a standard light admin interface with sample data: the parcel desk, the rates and the calculator, and the dashboard. They are not screenshots of the production admin.
Phone
On a phone the menu moves into a drawer behind a button in the header, the calculator keeps its four fields in two columns with the price under them, and the rates read as one column of cards.

A drawer for the menu, two columns for the calculator
The left-hand menu becomes a drawer behind a menu button; the calculator keeps its four fields in two columns with the price under them; the rates read as one column.Sample numbers only; nothing is sent.
Cards in one column
The Services page keeps its cards one under another, with the two buttons under each.Outcome
- LiveLive platform in two languages: five service pages, a pricing page with a delivery calculator, customer registration and sign-in, and an admin area for the team.
- PendingThe customer cabinet and the real screens of the custom CMS are shown once the client has confirmed the material; the CMS screens on this page are the studio’s concept with sample data.
- PendingShipment, account and inquiry figures are being collected with the client before publication.
We publish numbers and client screens only with the client’s data and permission. No metrics on this page are estimates.

About the films
Recorded by the studio on 2026-10-16 from the live site, strela.us, in real time, without editing. The site is in English, so nothing is translated; the Ukrainian version at the end of the tour is the site’s own. The clips only read: nobody logs in, no form is sent, and the calculator is filled with sample numbers.
