Terms of use
The rules for using drupalauthority.com. Work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement. Last updated October 16, 2026.
Agreement
These terms govern your use of drupalauthority.com (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it. They cover the website only. Design, development, hosting or support work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement (a proposal, statement of work or contract) that both sides have signed, not by this page.
Who we are
The site is run by DrupalAuthority LLC (“Drupal Authority”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in the State of Delaware, USA, at 1620 E Ayre St, Wilmington, DE 19804, United States. You can write to us at info@drupalauthority.com.
Using the site
You are welcome to read the site, share its links and use the contact form to reach us. When you use the site, you agree not to:
- break the law, or use the site to harm, harass or defraud anyone;
- send spam, malware or anything that could damage or overload the site or the people who run it, including by automated requests at a rate that burdens the site;
- probe, scan or test the site’s security, or try to get into parts of it that are not meant for you, without our written permission;
- pretend to be someone else, or give false contact details in the form;
- copy the site’s design, code, text, graphics or animations, or republish them, except as the next section allows.
Our content
The site’s text, design, graphics, particle animations, source code, films and the Drupal Authority name and logo belong to DrupalAuthority LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to view the site for your own use and to quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link to the page. Everything else needs our written permission.
Drupal is a registered trademark of Dries Buytaert. We mention Drupal and other technologies to describe the work we do; doing so does not mean the Drupal Association, the Drupal project or the owners of any other product endorse us or are connected with us.
Client work and third-party material
The case studies and screenshots on the site show work we did for clients, and websites and products that belong to other people. Their names, logos, product images, text and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here to describe our work, not to suggest that they sponsor or endorse this site. Some films are recordings of a live site that we made ourselves; where the live site is in another language, the case page says if the text in the recording has been translated. Where a case page says content is a sample, it is made up to show the product and does not describe a real person or business.
Information on the site
The site is general information about what we do. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is complete or up to date, and numbers and descriptions of past projects show what happened on those projects, not what any future project will achieve. Nothing on the site is legal, financial or technical advice for your situation.
Messages, inquiries and engagements
Sending us a message does not make you our client and does not oblige either of us to do anything. We provide services only under a written agreement signed by both sides. Please do not put confidential or sensitive information in the contact form; if you need to share it, ask for a non-disclosure agreement first and we will sign one. By sending a message you allow us to use it to answer you and to assess your request; how we handle your personal information is described in the Privacy policy.
Links
The site links to other websites, such as our LinkedIn and Facebook pages and the sites of our clients. We do not control them, we are not responsible for what they say or do, and their own terms and policies apply once you leave our site.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promise, express or implied, that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, or that it will work on every device or browser (its graphics use WebGL, and some older devices fall back to a simpler page). We aim for a site that is accessible to everyone; if you meet a barrier, tell us at info@drupalauthority.com and we will try to fix it.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, DrupalAuthority LLC, its members, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for all claims about the site is limited to US $100. This section is about the website. It does not change what we have agreed in a written agreement for services, and it does not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you send us and for how you use the site. If your use of the site in breach of these terms leads to a claim against us by someone else, you agree, to the extent the law allows, to cover the reasonable costs we incur because of it.
Privacy
The Privacy policy explains what personal information the site collects and how we use it. It forms part of these terms.
Copyright complaints
If you believe that something on the site infringes your copyright, e-mail info@drupalauthority.com with “Copyright” in the subject. Tell us what the work is, where on the site you found the material, how to reach you, and that you act in good faith for the owner. We will look at it promptly and remove the material where that is the right thing to do.
Changes and access
We may change the site, and these terms, at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed; if you keep using the site after that, you accept the new version. We may also limit or end access to the site for anyone who breaks these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute about the site, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its rules on conflicts of laws. Before going to court, please write to us at info@drupalauthority.com and give us 30 days to try to settle it. If that does not work, both sides submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware. If you use the site as a consumer and the mandatory consumer law of the place where you live gives you rights that these terms cannot remove (for example to bring a claim in your home courts), those rights stay.
General
These terms and the Privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the site. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours with the business. Headings are for convenience only.
